The template

Compare every session I planned for my athletes in the last seven days with what they did. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me for the athletes I coach (role `coach`) and today's date in each athlete's timezone. The seven days end yesterday. For each athlete, read get_calendar for the seven days. For each planned workout, read get_workout: its structure, its status and, when it was done, the activity and the compliance score. For a done session with intervals, read get_activity for the laps. Mark each session completed, partial, missed or skipped, as the calendar has it. For a session with a structure, match its work steps to the laps in order and check each lap against the step's target: pace, power or heart rate, whichever the step sets, resolved against get_thresholds as of that day. Say whether the session hit its intent. Flag: - compliance slipping across the week: more missed or partial sessions than the week before; - work intervals that fade: each repetition slower or weaker than the one before, or the last ones under the target band; - easy sessions run too hard: above the easy band for most of the session. If an activity has no laps, or the laps do not line up with the steps (no lap button pressed), say so and judge the session on its totals alone. One line per athlete, with detail only where a session went off plan. Read only. The coaching decisions are mine.
