Build a periodised plan for [race] on [date]. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me for the athlete and today's date; if I coach more than one athlete, ask which one. Look up the course and work out its demands: distance, elevation gain and loss, the longest climbs and descents, terrain, expected finish time, and the cut-offs if there are any. Then set them against the athlete's record: - get_training_summary for the last 52 weeks: the hours they actually train, their biggest weeks, their longest sessions; - get_fitness for the last 180 days: CTL now and at their best; - get_thresholds: threshold pace and heart rate; - the activities that look most like the race: their longest runs, their biggest climbing days, and any race of a similar distance. Target their limiters, protect their strengths, and fit it to the hours they actually train, not to the hours a plan would like. Week by week through to a taper, with phases, weekly time and elevation targets, and the key sessions with their targets in pace or heart rate. Read get_long_range_plan first. Show me the plan before writing anything. On my yes, write it as the season plan with save_long_range_plan (read get_schema "long_range_plan" for the format), with a rationale that names the race. If a season plan already exists, show me what changes and revise it rather than starting another.
