The template
Run this now, then every Sunday at 6pm: analyse my training week in Athuno against the four weeks before it. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me for my athlete id and today's date. The week is Monday to Sunday ending today; the four weeks before it are the comparison. Read get_training_summary for the last five weeks, get_calendar for this week, get_fitness for the last 35 days, get_thresholds, and get_long_range_plan for the phase this week sits in and its weekly targets. Cover: - Volume: time, distance, elevation gain and TSS, per sport, against the four-week average. - Intensity: how the time split between easy and hard. Use intensity factor per session where it exists, and the planned session's intent where it does not. - How closely I followed the plan: sessions completed, partial, missed and skipped, and the compliance score on the key sessions from get_workout. - Load: CTL, ATL and TSB at the start and end of the week, and the weekly ramp in CTL. - How the sessions felt: RPE and feeling across the week, and the hardest days against what I logged the day after. - Where the week sits against the season plan's targets for this phase. One page, ending with what it means for next week. Describe what the data shows; where a choice follows, name it as mine. Never use a number the data does not show.
Run it
- Connect Athuno once. Add a custom connector with this URL in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex, and sign in to Athuno when it asks.
https://athuno.com/api/mcp - Paste the template into a chat with the connector on, fill in the words in brackets, and change anything else to suit how you coach.
- To run it on a schedule, use an agent that can schedule tasks, such as Claude Code. A chat runs it when you ask.
