The template
I'll paste my athletes' messages about their availability for next week, however they arrived: WhatsApp, email, a voice note typed out. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me for the athletes I coach (role `coach`) and today's date in each athlete's timezone. Next week is Monday to Sunday after today. Match each message to an athlete I coach, and ask me if a name is unclear or matches two people. Turn each message into days and time windows, Monday to Sunday, marking any day they cannot train as a rest day. Never guess a time they did not give: "Tuesday evening" stays "evening". Show me one line per athlete per day before writing anything. On my yes, write one note per day with add_note. Start the note with `Available: 18:00–19:30` (or `Available: evening`) or `Rest day`, then any detail from their message on the next line. Before adding, read get_notes for next week: if that athlete already has a note starting with `Available:` or `Rest day` on that day, rewrite it with update_note instead of adding a second one. Leave every other note alone. Tell me what was written, athlete by athlete.
Run it
- Connect Athuno once. Add a custom connector with this URL in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex, and sign in to Athuno when it asks.
https://athuno.com/api/mcp - Paste the template into a chat with the connector on, fill in the words in brackets, and change anything else to suit how you coach.
- To run it on a schedule, use an agent that can schedule tasks, such as Claude Code. A chat runs it when you ask.
