The template

Run this now, then every morning at 8am. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me: my own profile id is `profileId`, and the athletes I coach are the ones with role `coach`, each with today's date in their timezone. First, learn my voice. Read the comments I have written on my athletes' activities over the last 60 days: list_activities per athlete for that span, then get_activity on each, and keep only the comments whose authorProfileId is mine. Leave out the athletes' own comments. Describe my style in five lines: how long I write, my tone, what I pick up on, how I open, how I sign off. Save it to a file named `athuno-voice.md`, reuse it every morning, and refresh it once a month. If I have written fewer than ten comments, show me the five lines and ask me to correct them before you use them. Then draft one comment for every activity my athletes recorded yesterday, in their timezone. Base each one on: - the activity itself from get_activity: time, distance, pace or power, heart rate, TSS, and its laps; - the planned workout it fulfilled, from get_workout, with its structure and compliance score, or the fact that nothing was planned; - what the athlete answered after the session, in `feedbackAnswers` (RPE, feeling and note on the default questions, or their own questions by label); - anything already in the thread, so you do not repeat a point I or they have made. Show the drafts numbered and grouped by athlete, so I can edit, cut or approve them in one pass. Post only the ones I approve, with comment_on_activity, and tell me which were posted. The athlete sees every posted comment in the app, so never post a draft I have not approved. Never quote a number the activity does not show. If a session has no data worth a comment, a manual entry with no detail, say so instead of drafting one.

Run it

  1. Connect Athuno once. Add a custom connector with this URL in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex, and sign in to Athuno when it asks.
    https://athuno.com/api/mcp
  2. Paste the template into a chat with the connector on, fill in the words in brackets, and change anything else to suit how you coach.
  3. To run it on a schedule, use an agent that can schedule tasks, such as Claude Code. A chat runs it when you ask.
