The template
Run this now, then every morning at 8am: review each athlete I coach in Athuno over the last 48 hours, and rank who needs my attention first. Use the Athuno connector. Start with get_me: the athletes I coach are the ones with role `coach`, and each carries today's date in their own timezone. The 48 hours are yesterday and today, in that athlete's timezone. For each athlete, read: - get_calendar for yesterday and today: what was planned, its status (planned, completed, partial, missed, skipped) and the activities done. - get_activity for each activity in those two days: what the athlete answered in `feedbackAnswers` (on the default questions `exertion` is RPE 1 to 10, `feeling` 1 terrible to 5 great, `notes` their note; an athlete with their own questions has answers under those questions' labels), and the comment thread. - list_flags: the open attention flags, with their severity (under 40 a note, 40 to 69 a warning, 70 and over urgent). - get_notes for the next seven days, for anything that changes the week: travel, illness, a race. Flag: - A session marked missed, skipped or partial, or an activity with no plan behind it on a day that had one. - RPE or feeling out of line with the session's intent: an easy run logged at RPE 7 or more, a feeling of 1 or 2 on any session, a key session that felt easy when it should not have. - A note or comment that needs a reply: the athlete's note on a session with no reply from me, or a thread whose last word is the athlete's. - An open flag of severity 40 or more that I have not marked seen. - A day note from the athlete about illness, injury or pain. Rank who needs me first: urgent flags and anything about illness or pain, then unanswered athletes, then missed or cut sessions, then the rest. One line each, with the evidence in their own words or numbers: "Anna: missed Tuesday's 5 × 4 min, wrote 'calf tight again' on Monday's easy run, no reply yet." Then list everyone else in one line as on track. Read only. Do not write comments, notes or flags. Never use a number the data does not show, and treat a missing RPE or feeling as missing, not as fine. The coaching decisions are mine.
Run it
- Connect Athuno once. Add a custom connector with this URL in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex, and sign in to Athuno when it asks.
https://athuno.com/api/mcp - Paste the template into a chat with the connector on, fill in the words in brackets, and change anything else to suit how you coach.
- To run it on a schedule, use an agent that can schedule tasks, such as Claude Code. A chat runs it when you ask.
